All tickets are non-refundable. Shoe Fest will take place rain or shine; Shoe Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Volunteer Tickets will be on sale at a later date. These will be refunded within 14 working days of the festival if you have completed the volunteer requirement. You must complete two shifts of four hours each for a refund. Once you purchase your ticket, you will be directed to an application link. Please fill out the appropriate information and we will contact you with confirmation of your application.
